PDF file does not download

The latest version of the WPDM plugin is 3.2.12. Make sure that you are using the latest version.

Thanks, we have updated the plugin to 3.2.12. It seems the download is still fails, But we are able to create/add new download files. But the existing links does not download anything, any advice please?

Hi there;
I have the same problem, none of my files are downloading and I have the latest 3.2.12 update. I’m using with Hestia theme. I tried disabling SG Optimizer based on information from a previous thread but that didn’t help.

Is there a fix for this problem yet? My site is primarily downloads for users.

Oh! Well is it possible to rollback to a previous version of your plugin that worked until you resolve the issue? Converting ALL of my downloads to a different method is going to take an enormous amount of time.

@sivaktamilan is not even using wpdm in his given links, not sure how it is related to wpdm for him,

@jeffcaffrey, there is no such issue with WPDM, please give me your URL to check.

@jeffcaffrey, It looks like a javascript conflict, please try clearing cache and reactivating any recently installed plugins.

If that doesn’t resolve the conflict, please go to wpdm settings and unmask the download link, that certainly will make the downloads working again.

Hi, I have also had problems with the option “MASK DOWNLOAD LINK”.
Password protected PDF files responded with “Download No Validity”.

When activating “Unmask Donwload Link” it has been solved.
