PDF Embedder not updating

    Hello,

    My site uses PDF Embedder version 4.6.4. I understand that version 4.7.1 is available. However, WordPress is not showing an update available. How can I update it?

    Hey @ajeffcoat,

    Please check the plugin changelog:

    – IMPORTANT: The minimum WordPress version has been raised to WordPress v5.8.
    – IMPORTANT: The minimum PHP version has been raised to PHP v7.0.

    I think you are either on an older version of PHP or WordPress – and thus can’t update to PDF Embedder 4.7.1.

    You will need to satisfy those 2 requirements so that your WordPress installation can show you the available update.

    Hello,

    WordPress is on the current version: 6.4.3. The site is also running PHP version7.4.33.

    Any other thoughts?

    Thanks for the info.

    Can you please show here the list of active plugins? Maybe you have some “Plugins Manager” or some custom code the filters out certain plugins from their new versions checks?
