    Hi Nathan,

    The browser can not find the file. It’s one of two things.

    Less likely -> The file wasn’t really uploaded. Can you ftp in and confirm that it is there. It will be here ../wp-content/uploads/doifd_downloads. This happens if the permissions on the server are tight.

    More Likely -> The server that you’re on is using an older version of PHP which doesn’t support the file transport setup for the download. Do you know what version of PHP you are running and or what hosting service you are using?
