PDF download module

Hello, I’ve been trying to get a plugin that helps me get my users to individually have their invoices in a section of the website. What I want is that my users can log in/register and then go to a dashboard where I can upload individual pdf files and that they can message me, do you guys know a guide I can follow or if there is a plugin for it? I tried WP Customer Area but it has too much stuff and it is confusing.
