PDF download from WooCommerce order not visible

  • dear support team,

    I looked for previous posts on PDF download on the backend and it seems there is an option somewhere to download manually the PDF in the Woocommerce order list (for the free version) but I’m not able to see any links to download it.

    I can see uDraw Control column in the order but no options are available.
    may be I missed something in the configuration ?

    There was a known issue that in certain conditions, the uDraw PDF Download button would not appear. We have fixed this issue on our development and we hope to push our next release in the next day or so. We will post here when the next version is available to update which should have this issue resolved for you.

    Hi,
    thanks this is working fine now, I can see the buttons (update design, view and download PDF).
    but when I click on Download PDF, I have the following error in the console:

    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘attributes’ of undefined

    Hi Quirem,
    That’s great to hear that the buttons appear now. Are you trying to download a new order since the update? Or a previous order before you updated?

    any hints that may help me to solve my problem ? I need to finish my evaluation in the short term.
    as I said previously, this is a new Order I created after the plugin upgrade.

    Hi Quirem,
    There could be several reasons outside the scope of our plugin ( like other plugins, themes, etc. ). I suggest you contact our tech team [email protected] and arrange for either a call in which they can see what you are experiencing either via TeamViewer or temporary access.
