    Hi,

I have my store set up so that when a payment is successfully made by card, the order status is automatically marked as “Completed” – I sell virtual products. The order then appears in the administration directly with the status “Completed.” However, I’m having trouble with automatically generating invoices for such orders. When I manually change the order status to something else and then back to “Completed,” the invoice gets generated. Is there anything that can be done about this?

Thank you so much for your help!

The invoices will created when they are attached to the email notifications. You can choose for the invoices to be created when the order is completed via PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice > Attach to > “Completed order”

Thanks for the response. That’s exactly how I have it set up, but it’s not working as it should. The invoice isn’t being generated and isn’t attached to the ‘Completed order’ email. When I change the order status to something else and then back to ‘Completed,’ the ‘Completed order’ email is sent again, and this time the invoice is generated correctly.

Could you share a screenshot of the page at PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice, please?

Additionally, do you have any errors in your logs as outlined here?

Here is the screenshot. ‘Vy?ízená objednávka’ means ‘Completed order.’ There are no errors associated with your plugin, only some with WP Rocket. I tried deactivating WP Rocket to see if there might be a conflict, but it didn’t help.

Thank you very much for your willingness

Thanks for the screenshot. Do you have any plugins that handle emails such as Brevo, MailPoet, etc? These plugins can block attachments from other plugins on the website

Do you have any errors in your logs as outlined here? Any other invoicing plugins active? If not for either of these cases, is it possible for you to deactivate all plugins except ours and Woocommerce and see if the invoices are attached?

    Hello,

I don’t have any such errors. There is no other invoicing?plugin active. It seems to be a direct conflict with the payment gateway plugin that facilitates card payments (plugin for the Czech payment gateway Comgate – https://wpify.io/produkt/wpify-woo-comgate/). Unfortunately, I can’t do without it. Is there anything that can be done, or am I out of luck?

    Thanks a lot.
