PDF does not open in mobile chrome browser

on my page a PDF is deposited twice, once directly above as MENU and then the first button under the header MITTAGSMENü.

With both a PDF is deposited which is stored in the media. They open normally when I open it on the desktop, no matter what browser and on the smartphone with Safari and other browsers.
But when I use it with a smartphone on Google Chrome, nothing happens, absolutely nothing.

What can be the reason for this?
