PDF Document Management Question – Please help…!

Hi All, I have around 50-60 PDF files of training material, in folders within folders The folder structure represents what I’d like to form the basis of a drop down style menu structure.

I want a make a static page (not blog posts) called ‘training’ and have a little drop down type menu within it that page that I can drill down through menus (my folder structure) and point the menu at a PDF document, rather than a post or a page. MENU1-> SUBMENU1->CHOSENDOC.PDF

I don’t often post topics as I prefer to look for existing answers and not duplicate issues, I’ve had a look around and can’t find just what I’m after – if it exists… Don’t mind tons of repetitive admin if need be.
