PDF coupon shows value without VAT

    Hi there,

    We have encountered a new problem we haven’t had with this plugin before. PDF coupons sent by email don’t show the price stated in the coupon including VAT as they did before. However, when we apply the coupon code to the order the discount is correct and includes VAT. Could you please help with this issue as customers find it confusing as they pay for example 40 eur for the coupon, but the sum stated on the coupon is 33.33 eur.

    What plugin version do you use? Is it 1.9.4? If not, could you update to the latest version and run a test again?

    Hi, I have checked and it is already the 1.9.4 version. I have just tested it again (just in case), but still the same issue.

    OK, there are added prices without tax in the tax settings. That is why 16.67, the price without tax, is on coupon.

    After the last plugin update, the plugin behaves like that, taking this setting “No, I will enter prices exclusive of tax” into coupon value.

    In the display options, there is a setting including tax, and so it also displays, i.e. it adds tax and there is 20.17.

    It is good practice to standardize your tax settings in the shop. If you enter prices without tax, ensure they are displayed without tax.

    If, conversely, you will be entering prices with tax, ensure that they are displayed with tax. Check then that the plugin will generate coupons correctly.
