• Dear pdb plugin developper(s),
First and foremost: many thanks and heartiest congratulations for this impressive plugin with so many great features!
Just a little problem to point out: the plugin appears to block the wptexturize function (that massages the text / punctuation in various languages). When I activate the plugin, my pages don’t show these neat “localized” symbols any more (e.g. French quotes), and they come back as soon as I deactivate.
I’m using the latest plugin version (1.4.7).

    dchfr,

Ho are you getting your French quotes? A plugin? A translation file? This is probably where the problem is. The plugin does not affect the content filter in any way, so the only possibility is that it is interfering with whatever method for obtaining the localized quotes you are using.

I do nothing in particular. From what I understand, this localization is automatically (and very nicely) performed by the wptexturize function, which is part of the standard WordPress distribution:

OK, I will have to install the French translation and see what is happening here.
