PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10)

    When I try to install I get this message: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Has anyone had this error with this plugin? I will say right away that my server has enough space. So the question is whether any file from the plugin is damaged

    How are you installing the plugin? Via the plugin search or uploading the zip file?

    I install by uploading the zip file.

    I couldn’t find it via plugin search

    Please try by searching “Secure Encrypted Form” form the plugin installer in admin.

    In my website is the first that appears in the search for the term “Secure Encrypted Form”.
