PCI Compliance Scan blocked

  • Using this program: https://www.controlscan.com/ to scan the website for PCI Compliance and it keeps failing.

    I added their IP Range to the whitelist, but it still can’t get through for the scan. This has only been an issue since the last update (in October.)

    How can I allow their IP’s through for everything without completely turning off features?
