pc and vertical menu

i am not a very code literate person, but have been managing quite well to put together a website for my new business (mmaround1.com….any advice greatly appreciated) but I have a problem with a vertical menu at the top of my website only on the home page and only on a pc. I run a mac so i didnt know it until i checked my pc at home and saw the vertical menu at the top of the home menu. If anyone could please advise…..would be greatly appreciative. Just the want the menu items to be like the rest of the pages.
