I can see in your page source code that you have some CSS which is setting select lists to white color: https://i.snipboard.io/W2EOH6.jpg

Probably you are setting this somewhere in Divi? THe solution would be to set that to another color or write some custom CSS code to overwrite the CSS from the screenshot.
