    Hi,

The plugin is fantastic and really speeds the website but… we are having problems for logged in users and even for the admin (knowing I checked the option Don’t show the cached version for logged-in users): after a while, if users are logged in they cannot access anything (notably membership pages and online training) and the website asks them again and agin to log in without ever taking into account the fact they are logged in.
As admin, the website starts showing me pages as if I were not logged in (without access to the admin section).
We have translatepress with automatic translation through deepL and impossible to translate anything.

I found out that if I manage to enter the website and to ask to clear all caches to WP Fastest cache, then things go back to normal. But after a while… the problems start again and I need to clear the cache again… sigh.

I saw someone else had the problem but it was not solved and they gave up. I would very much like to keep using WP fastest cache.

As option we have only gzip enabled and of course cache enabled (plus clear cache for each publication)
We use autoptimize and Asset CleanUp: Page Speed Booster as well as woocommerce, woocommerce membership and subscription.

This is really a serious issue for us because we have trainees, and members and they need to access the website anytime.

Thank you so much in advance for your help.

    1. please disable the other optimization plugins
    2. please exclude the login pages as below

    Hello Emre,

Thank you for the very fast answer! I did not get the follow up email, so sorry for may late answer in reply.

Ok and thanks, I have done as you said (because of woocommerce we had a /my-account/ login page to exclude).

1/ Can I reactivate autoptimize afterwards? Or is it know to conflict with Fastest Cache?
2/ What was strange though is that initially things worked perfectly and then degraded over time. Give me 24h please to test that things work well with the new exclusion rule,

Again thank you for your speedy answer and for a great cache plugin!
    All the best

    Hello again Emre,

Just to report that since I implemented your suggestion, it did work so far, even with autoptimize activated.
So I think you can close the support ticket ?? and if ever, I’ll just open a new one.
Thanks for your speedy and very efficient answer!
    Best wishes
    Helene
