Payment gets completed, but it shows pending on the pmpro backend. And when I manually change it to successful, it doesn’t assign the user to the required membership. @andrewza, I don’t know if you can help but this is the checkout page – https://djetlawyer.com/membership-checkout/

I am using the required webhook on Paystack settings. Previously, I only used the Live Webhook URL, but I also just used the Test Webhook URL and the results are the same.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @olyray

Thanks for opening up a new ticket here. This sounds like something may be interfering with your checkout/confirmation.

Are you using a custom confirmation page or does the page contain [pmpro_confirmation]. Paystack requires that members are redirected to the default confirmation page in order to complete the transaction and mark the order as completed.

Was anything recently changed before you noticed this issue? An update or new plugin installed?

Oh. Wow. I modified my confirmation page to input some necessary information instructing users on how to access the course.

What should I do now? Should I just include the shortcode in the modified page? Would that work?

Okay. It seems like adding the shortcode to the page seems to work. Is there a way to modify the details of the shortcode/code block? Because the default message isn’t user friendly. It just says the user has subscribed. It doesn’t provide any information about the online course, which is what I custom added to the page.

Thanks for the feedback, you should be able to add content before or after the [pmpro_confirmation] shortcode or include a confirmation message from within your membership level settings on how to access the courses (which can also be included in the email received by your member).

To add a confirmation message to the membership level, please edit your membership level and add the steps to the “Confirmation Message” area and select the checkbox if you want to include this information into your emails.

I hope this helps clear things up.
