PayPayPlus kills checkout-page

  • Hello,

    after installing your plugin i started with PayPalExpress and i worked immediately. Then i went to PayPalPlus and filled in all required information. After enabling PayPalPlus my checkoutpage won′t work. If i delete LIVE CLIENTID and LIVE SECUREID everything is fine and the checkoutpage is online(while plugin is still enabled), but the payment option PayPalPlus is not available.

    I use WooCoomerce Germanized Pro 2.6.1

    If you’re using PayPal Plus the PayPal option would be included in the iframe that gets dropped into the checkout page, so you would not need to enable Express Checkout separate from Plus.

    Unfortunately, I really can’t help much with Plus right this moment. I would say to double check all the settings in your account and make sure it all matches up with the plugin. Lots of people are using it just fine, but then others seem to be having issues. It’s very tough for us to troubleshoot without having actual German accounts.

    What we’re probably going to be doing here soon, actually, is moving PayPal Plus to its own separate plugin where we’ll be able to focus more on the functionality required for best use in all the different countries it supports. It’s probably going to be a couple of months before that’s done, though.

    I’m sorry I don’t have better immediate news for you on that, but keep your eye out and we’ll get it done ASAP!
