Paypal works?Also not all products displayed

    Hello, i have a question, does the plugin track even the paypal transactions?

    I’m having some troubles, if in one order i got something like 3 products, on analytics i’ll be getting only one of them.
    Example: at checkout i have product1, product2, product3

    on analytics i’ll have just displayed “product3”

    Please share the product type of the products as our basic plugin fully supports simple product types. Product type could be the probable reason.

    Hello, i got some variable products, is this the problem? I alsa managed to check that paypal transaction are not working on analytics

    Hi there,

    The free plugin out of the box fully supports simple product types, variable product types are not fully supported in the free version.

    For PayPal related orders, please follow the suggestion included in this FAQ

    To conclude, if there are simple product types in the transaction and auto return for PayPal is configured then the order data will be tracked by the plugin.

    Additionally, you can follow this FAQ to identify why transaction data are not getting tracked.
