Heya @schadam!
I’ll answer your questions in line below to ensure we cover all your questions. Before we hop into this, I recommend reading through the Getting Started documentation for WooCommerce here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/documentation/plugins/woocommerce/getting-started/
My question is that, how can we manage the orders in Paypal, from our woocommerce admin to get refund, set it’s status to complete or maybe to attach a Fedex tracking ID, which is generated in Woocommerce by a plugin, to the payment in Paypal?
The orders can be refunded from the order page directly if PayPal has been set up correctly. Can I ask – are you using PayPal Standard? Or have you moved to PayPal Payments? We strongly encourage everyone using PayPal standard to use the recommended PayPal extension instead, which is our full-stack solution (credit card processing, PayPal checkout, subscriptions, pay later options, etc).
set it’s status to complete
Based on the need for tracking, I’m going to assume you are shipping physical goods so you’re going to want to look into the Order Status Control product in our marketplace.
Fedex tracking ID
For this, we suggest our Shipment Tracking plugin as it can add it automatically when paired with something like ShipStation. Or, if you use USPS, for example, you can use our in-house shipping label purchasing solution, WooCommerce Shipping, which integrates with Shipment Tracking, but I’m afraid that FedEx is not an option currently.

That would require some custom development to do as the plugin does not pass on custom information to PayPal. Their API may also have limitations there. We highly recommend contacting one of the services on our Customizations page should you wish to go that route.

For this, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done. Additionally, add your System Status Report, and screenshots of your PayPal settings there. You can find the report via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, add it to the support form.
We will be able to help you further there.`
