Thanks for sharing the export of your form, I had a look at your setup and there are actually couple of things missing to get it to work.

First thing is to enable the Calculations for the field that will determine the price, in your case “Dinner & Meeting Selection” field, and set the values for each of the options.

Next up is to add an actual Calculation element and put the “Dinner & Meeting Selection” value in there:

That Calculation field will now have the value based on the selection in “Dinner & Meeting Selection” field, and in the settings tab of that Calculation field you can choose to have that field hidden or visible.

Once you have that set up, you will see your calculation field as an available option inside PayPal field.
