    In our WooCommerce orders, before March 4 or so, we could see the PayPal Transaction ID. Now it just states payment is via PayPal. Having the transaction numbers available for our accountant is highly important. What happened???

    I have screenshots, but see no way to add them here.

  • I’m seeing the PayPal ID in our Dashboard, it’s at the top of the Order Screen. What I’m no longer seeing is the PayPal fee breakdown.

    Can you confirm that you’re using PayPal Standard and not another PayPal plugin?

    Typically issues like this are caused by a theme or plugin conflict. Try switching back to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen and disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce to see if this resolves the issue.

    If so, then re-enable each one at a time until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

    Ok I started getting error messages re IPN. Trying to track that down. On he other hand, we’ve been using this setup for over a year without issues. No major changes except for increased site security. I suspect that could be contributing but not sure what components could cause a problem with PayPal. Your thoughts?

    PayPal’s IPN isn’t consistent. I would suggest replacing the IPN with PDT:
