PayPal url gives timeout

    We are using Version 2.1.1

    When choosing paypal woo is redirecting us to the following url:

    https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_cart&business=info%40theorientalshop.nl&...url redacted by moderator for privacy...;bn=WooThemes_Cart

    but that url gives us and our clients an ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
