Paypal Transactions not passing to GA

    Hi there,

    I am having issues with getting paypal transactions passed to Analytics.

    It was previously working before June 4th / 5th but after that every Paypal order stopped coming through. Normal card payments is still passing.

    Paypal is still set up with auto return correctly and we have made tests and are still returning to the site with /order-received/?utm_nooverride where it displays the order receipt much like normal card payments.

    URL ends up something like /checkout/order-received/43333/?key=wc_order_5b227733507e0&amt=165.95&cc=AUD&cm={“order_id”:43333,”order_key”:”wc_order_5b227733507e0″}&st=Completed&tx=0FR52054B17936206

    Do you know what could be the issue?

  • Howdy ??

    My first guess would be a JavaScript error on the thank you page. Can you test with your browser’s developer console open and see if there are any JavaScript errors in the console when you are redirected to the thank you page? This test must be done as a non-admin user.
