    Hi there,

    My customers cant process their transaction through paypal when on a phone or tablet device. You can get to the paypal payment screen, click pay now but then it just goes to a blank screen and no transaction is made.

    Hi there,

    It seems like in mobile view (even on desktop, not just on tablets or mobile devices), when you click the PayPal button on a single product, for instance, your re-captcha is triggering an error, which appears to cascade causing the error in PayPal also.

    Either temporarily disable your re-captcha plugin, or otherwise remove the re-captcha code, if that’s how you’ve added it, to see if that resolves the issue?

    Hi,

    Thanks so much! Yes its the recaptcha plugin that seems to be the problem. After I have disabled it it works but it doesn’t work with it activated. Shall I ask the recaptcha plugin support to see how to resolve it permanently?

    I’m glad we are able to locate the cause of the error. Yes, it would be great if ReCaptcha plugin developers can resolve this error as there might be many other users who are affected by this behavior.
