paypal transaction fee in db

  • We have a integration plug-in called in8sync that integrates our online orders into our ERP netsuite. We need to account for the paypal transaction fee, and with the standard paypal by woocommerce, it would make a DB entry with that paypal transaction fee per order. This plug-in does not but we need it to use a certain affiliate software. Is there anyway to incorporate that paypal tranaction fee DB entry so that we may integrate it to keep track of paypal transaction fee’s per order in our ERP?
