Thank you for your reply. Looking at your system status, I see that you are currently using older versions of WordPress and WooCommerce. To keep the site work properly, please make sure to update them as well as your theme and other plugins.

When paying for an order on the site using PayPal, the order is not placed. The money is withdrawn, but the order does not appear in the admin panel and the letter does not arrive.

If you see the payment in your PayPal account, do you also see the order number associated with your WooCommerce order?

Does this issue occur only when an order is placed with PayPal? Can you place a test order with a default payment method like bank transfer and check if that order comes in properly?

Yes, Woocommerce order number is indicated in the paypal account. But they are not displayed in Woocommerce orders. Yes, it’s only with PayPal. With another payment system everything works correctly

Hello,

As mentioned earlier by Maykato, the first thing to do is to make sure the site theme, WooCommerce, WordPress, and the database are up to date. Next, you can perform a conflict test as explained below:

This will need to switch your theme temporarily to Storefront, disable all plugins except for WooCommerce.

Finally, please place a test order via PayPal Standard and check your orders page, check again if the issue is present, if not it means there was a conflict, and you will be able to reactivate the theme and plugins gradually (one by one and checking after each reactivation) until you find the cause behind the issue.

Deciding not to update WooCommerce core, WC database, WordPress or the theme is generally not a good idea since it could cause all sorts of issues, including security vulnerabilities.
