    Hi,

I’ve set up PayPal Standard for my client. In Paypal under credit card statement name it’s been entered correctly, all uppercase. But on the statement it displays the first word all lowercase, the second word capitalised.

Since there’s no setting within the plugin to influence this, could you let me know where this info is being pulled from? Thanks so much.

    Howdy Noelle!

You should be able to set that information within your PayPal account itself. I’d recommend reaching out to PayPal support for help with this. Thanks!

Hi @dynamiczach, yes that is set in PayPal, and it’s configured correctly there. Can you confirm that the plugin pulls the info from that field and does not pass it to any filters that would influence capitalisation?

No, there’s nothing within the PayPal Standard option that should be influencing that.

You can set the descriptor for PayPal Checkout in the settings though. If you can’t figure out the issue, you may want to switch to that.
