    Hi,

When global funnel is activated the Paypal orders don’t want to go through. After paying through Paypal it’s showing a message “Sorry, your session has expired” instead of redirecting to the order confirmation. BUT the Stripe works perfectly in this funnel.

When the WPfunnels is turned off, the Paypal is working normally, the order is confirmed, and redirects to the order confirmation page.

I don’t use any cache plugins. Cleared all the caches, tried to reconnect Paypal, but nothing worked – the same error Sorry, your session has expired.

Could you help to sort this issue out? Thanks

  • I am also getting the exact same issue with Paypal. Also, I am checking it with WPFunnel Support from last week but still have not gotten it sorted.

@millionify Great to know that I’m not the only one. Have they confirmed that the problem exists and they are working on it to fix it?

Yes @goodzero, they are still checking with the issue by doing some advance testing.

Hi @goodzero , thanks for informing us.

We did have a couple of users facing this issue, and we are trying different testing methods to recreate the issue. So far, we couldn’t find a solution.

However, can you share the link to your funnel via our support? Then we can take a closer look at your case.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.
