Paypal “something’s not working right now” message

  • Having set up a Paypal subscription in LP, with API credentials as per the Zeen101 guide, all we’re getting (with test service switched on but no Sandbox as this is a live instance) is the Paypal message to the effect that “Something’s gone wrong – please try later”. Have set API access in the Paypal account to block uncredentialed access but, even if set to allow without API, it still gives the message. Anything obvious that we’re missing?

    If you have Leaky Paywall in “test” mode, then it will use PayPal sandbox credentials. Sounds like you need to add sandbox credentials for PayPal in your Leaky Paywall settings.
