    I recently upgraded to WordPress 5.4. Then my customers outside the US started receiving a message from PayPal that states, “We’re sorry the seller only ships withing the United States”.

    My products are marked as virtual. I upgraded from 5.3.2. Before the upgrade everything was working fine. Then i upgraded the message started appearing.

    The message appears when the user clicks the button to pay with PayPal. They are navigated to the PayPal site, then the message is displayed.

    I was able to get around this by modifying the option in PayPal to not block non-US addresses. In addition, i updated the Woocommerce setting, ” Send shipping details to PayPal instead of billing.”, to false. I’m curious as to why this started occurring when the only thing that changed was an upgrade to WordPress 5.4.

    I’m currently using WooCommerce 4.0.1 with PayPal standard integration

    Can you please include the following information:

    * Link to this page so that we can see the original message
    * System status log
    * Screenshot of an order where this happened
    * PayPal logs for an order where this happened
