Paypal & Shipping problems

I just bought the premium version of the plugin for the PayPal button and the shipping calculation.
The problems I have are two.
1. The PayPal button shows only on specific pages. It shows in all “simple” pages of the website but not in the “Shop” pages. It also shows if I go to the checkout page.
2. The shipping takes the default value. The problem is that if the customer is in another area with another shipping price. How can I instruct the plugin to get the new area and display the correct price. I also noticed that if I change the address manually in the checkout page the plugin suddenly shows free shipping
