• We are using WordPress ecommerce. This has worked for several years. Paypal has been tightening up their security. About a year ago we moved the site store.electro-meters.com to https. It stopped working around mid-June (as far as I can tell) coincidentally right after Paypal announced they would be requiring the use of SHA-256 certs. It also mentioned G2 would no longer be supported and that G5 should now be used. Well, the cert itself is G3, but I am told G5 is on the server. Having said all this, Paypal was only supposed to be testing after June 17th but it has not worked at all and they are telling me this is a coincidence. It may be true, but it seems hard to believe, especially since we have a parallel site in US$ which also stopped working (this one just times out when trying to reach Paypal). I experimented with a button and get a decryption error from Paypal. Yet the same button on an encrypted site works just fine. The site is TLS 1.0 but that is not supposed to be an issue till 2017. Anybody seen anything like this?
