    @barrettefabrication, That error tels me either your account API keys are not correct, Can you please share fulll translaction log to see complete error, also did you tried to regenerate new API keys then give it another shot and see if that helps?

    I did try regenerating new API keys, and I don’t see how they could be wrong, it’s just copy and past…

    The Paypal Express is working perfectly, so I am sure I understood how to enter the API keys.

    Until this is resolved I have had to activate the braintree gateway.

    @angelleyesupport how much of the log do you need, it appears that there is some sensitve information being logged

    I’m so sorry for the delay in response, That’s interesting, Although we have not heard of anything like that happening from others. It would be good if you submit a ticket here and include our plugin logs and we will be happy to take a look and see whats going on there.

    @ditsa2013, @tylerjfrags, just realized nobody ever got back to you here. Sorry about that. Did you make sure to check your API credentials, and also verify that REST DCC is fully enabled on your account?
