Paypal Refund Not Received

HI,
I purchased your ‘Pro’ plugin on the 17th May for it’s Linkedin and Facebook functionality. As this was not working you agreed to refund my purchase via paypal and asked me to wait 10 to 12 days for the money to be back in my account. I have checked this morning, 12 working days after this, and I have still not received my refund. I can also no longer contact you via your own support forum as you have marked my account ‘Refunded’ which it has not been.
Can you please check with paypal as to the staus of my refund.
