Paypal Redirect Not Working

    Hi, I am having difficulties with allowing people to register/pay on this site. After filling out the registration form and submitting, it attempts to redirect to paypal for payment, but it gives an error and never completes.

    These are the errors I’m receiving on 2 different attempts, one in Microsoft Edge and one in Chrome:

    “This page isn’t working right now If the problem continues, contact the site owner. HTTP ERROR 429” This is the text present on the broken page.

    and on a different attempt the page is just blank but in the console: “The character encoding of the plain text document was not declared. The document will render with garbled text in some browser configurations if the document contains characters from outside the US-ASCII range. The character encoding of the file needs to be declared in the transfer protocol or file needs to use a byte order mark as an encoding signature.

    The form was working as recent as the 19th, so not sure why the paypal redirect is failing now. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

    I wanted to try this out but I always get an Access Denied message when I submit the form. Maybe it’s related to this ?

    It looks like this is some sort of security plugin but I don’t know why it blocks me. So perhaps try to perform a plugin conflict test and see if anything changes (you can find instructions in the pinned post from our forum).

    Also, you seem to be using the Profile Builder form, can you test using the [pms-register] shortcode ? Does it behave in the same way ?

    It started working some time after I posted (maybe paypal was having problems), but will be installing the pro paypal plugin regardless so we don’t need to redirect off site. And yes the security plugin did not like the test account from romania(sorry about that), thanks for trying though!
