Paypal recurring payments

  • Hi, i want to know can i use this plugin for accepting recurring payment through paypal?. Please reply. My need is that in my site there are some properties, these properties are posted by registered client. When they post their properties in the site, they need to give me certain amount in each month .So they click on pay button then the amount is pay to my accont on each month and it will be stop when their post(properties) is expires . Please reply .

    PayPal IPN is for post-transaction processing. It doesn’t do any actual payment processing. For example, you could use this plugin to automate procedures when recurring payment profiles are created and payments are made, but it wouldn’t setup the actual profiles or process the payments.

    What you’re looking for sounds like more of a membership type system with subscriptions behind it. There are lots of options for that sort of thing, but that’s what you need to be searching for. You may need to piece a few different tools together.
