PayPal Pro payment failed/ Payment was rejected due to an error: (10747)

  • We keep getting this error on our site.

    I see you had a thread on this that said it was resolved. But I did not see the fix.

    Please let me know if you need anything further to help diagnose.

  • There was an update to the plugin. We deleted the old and then added the new one and it worked. If I remember correctly you also need PHP 7.4 or at least 7.3 otherwise it doesn’t work.
