Paypal pro form checkout check boxes

Is there a way to add check boxes on a paypal pro checkout form that will allow the user to select any additional ‘extras’ and then add the price of the extra as a one time fee to the recurring monthly fee. The client wants 6 additional extras that people can select if they wish. These are all different prices. I know you can wrap shortcodes and offer the first day for a particular price with a recurring fee per month but if a user wanted say 2 or 3 additional extras out of the 6 it would be a lot easier for a client to just check a box rather than having to scroll through a long list of different variables of checkout options in the dropdown. If there is a way to have the check boxes rather than having to create a shortcode for each variable could someone point me in the right direction please. Thanks
