PayPal Plus checkout issue

    Hello there,

    I’m running PayPal Plus plugin for WooCommerce, and when I hit the “checkout” and click on “Pay with PayPal” and select “Buy” the page loads for a moment, then goes to the “cart” page and does not prompt for any PayPal details. Simply, it goes back to the main website without any further payment prompt.

    In the backend of the site, the order is displayed as “Ordered” and this is not correct. I’ve tested with LIVE and Sandbox, and it happens on both.

    Anyone have any ideas what could cause this? This site is due to launch on Friday this week and I’m really lost!

    I’m sorry you’re having this issue. Can you please send uns the WooCommerce System report and the PayPal Plus log file (it is in wp-content/uploads/wc-logs) to paypalplus @ inpsyde.com? We will have a look at them.
