You could try performing some troubleshooting by disabling all other plugins and temporarily changing the theme to the default Storefront theme to see if the issue persists.
But the PayPal Plus plugin is no longer in development and will be sunset at the end of the month.
Our recommendation is upgrading to PayPal Payments as it is the official successor and our primary suggestion in case you encounter any problems with the PayPal Plus plugin.

Additionally, it has better overall compatibility and support, which is still provided by our team.
So I regret to tell you there will be no more PayPal Plus plugin support or updates, and the plugin will be removed from the www.remarpro.com plugin repository at the end of the month. Some basic features will continue to work after the removal. But we encourage everyone to switch to PayPal Payments as it comes with several interesting benefits.
