Paypal payments from India and China are refused

    Hi,

    Paypal payments from India or China are refused as opposed to payments made from France or Germany, for instance.

    After clicking the paypal payment button, it returns this paypal screen message:-”Unable to process payment. Please contact the merchant as the postal address provided by the merchant is invalid and the merchant has requested that your order must be delivered to that address.

    At this time, we are unable to process your request. Please return to ENERGYMPRO CANADA and try another options.”

    Is this problem on Paypal or on TheCartpress side (incorrectly reported address)?

    Hi,

    could you try to modify this setting: PayPal prompt for shipping address

    It’s in TheCartPress settings/Payment methods. I think you have to talk with paypal to see the issue.
