PayPal payments not updating in my site

    Hi there – I have this plugin installed and working to the point where PayPal payments are being processed. But my site is not being updated after a payment goes thru (transaction info not being added to database or interface). I can see the info in PayPal but not in my site, and it’s very important that the site reflect the most current info (it’s for a donation campaign). Could you please help me resolve? I’d be happy to provide you with site login details if you’d like.

    I would hazard a guess that the ones that didn’t show up used your widget form as I noticed the query is not working on it. I test the widget for on my home page and have the donate form on a separate page then I set the location to SideBar. Try that first.

    Can I have the donate form twice on the same page – on the sidebar and on the page itself? Could that be part of the issue?
