Paypal Payments Not Showing on WooCommerce Dashboard

Customer payments are reaching PayPal Account but are not displaying on the woocommerce dashboard, leading to customer orders being missed an unfulfilled.

All seem to be mobile payments and all through this plugin. We have stripe installed separately for card payments and these are working as they should.

We have updated the plugin, wordpress, woocommerce etc to the latest versions but this does not seem to have fixed the issue.

Have also checked that LiteSpeed Cache is not effecting woocommerce pages/checkout etc. And the most recent one that has been picked up was during the course of LiteSpeed cache being disabled so we do not believe it is a caching issue.

Any help would be massively appreciated.
