Paypal payments issue

    Hi guys!

    If i try to use the “free gatway”, all works fine, but if i try to use one of the “paypal gateway” the transitions work fine but the account isn’t correctly associated to the relative “subscription plan” … the account remain blank, not associeted.

    Is a limitation of the free plugin version?

    Thanks for having posted here, really appreciate your patience with this too! The PayPal gateway works just fine with this free version, but it sounds like something isn’t working correctly, given your description.

    Could you let us know which PayPal setting you’re using: Sandbox or Live?

    The API credentials are different for each of those, could you please verify you’re using the correct credentials for the setting you’re using?

    Also, at Membership > Payment Gateways, when you hover your mouse over any of the gateways, you should see View Transactions. Could you have a look and see if there are any transactions completed for the gateway you’re using?

    Honestly i resolved this issue few times ago and … i don’t remember how! ??
