• I followed the install per instructions (thanks for images also!) however I only get an error when I try to test the payment..

    We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem. If this payment is for an eBay listing, you can contact the seller via the “Ask Seller a Question” link on the listing page. When you have the correct email address, payment can be made at https://www.paypal.com.

    I found that if I enter the paypal email address (username) into the bill itself, it works, however not if that is blank. I had understood that if you entered the information into the settings area of the plugin it would act as a default, this does not appear to be the case?

    Hi,

    be sure you are using correct username for specific Mode. Test mode should use sandbox account.

    Also, you need to remember that plugin has General settings of payment gateways and Invoice specific payment settings (on edit invoice page).

    So invoices always use their specific settings but every newly created invoice inherits settings from general. So for now just double check Mode and username to make sure they are correct.
