    Hi guys had a few of these last couple of days where a payment is in PayPal but shows payment failed in WooCommerce.

    Is this a known bug or is there anything I can check or do? Some orders are slipping thorough the net or customers are ordering twice which is causing a lot of confusion.

    There are a few reasons why this might be happening.

    The webhooks may not be adequately registered, for example, when the order status does not change after specific actions like a payment or refund.
    To make sure you are subscribed to the latest webhooks, please enable Logging into the plugin settings and then visit the Webhooks Status section on the Connections page.

    First, click on Resubscribe, and after the page is reloaded, Simulate to verify that the webhooks are received.
    It may take a few seconds until confirmation appears. If an error popup is displayed after trying to simulate, then we would be interested in a copy of your latest plugin log file, which you can access from here:
    WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments-[…]” in the dropdown and click on View.
