Paypal payment status and activation of user

    Hello, I am using ER forms with Paypal to register my users. I would like to make the status of the user active only when the payment is completed. How do i setup that? Right now, The user is getting active(because I had auto register enabled on my user activation) regardless of their payment status.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    In order to activate user’s account after completion please follow the steps of configuration:
    1. Go to Form Dashboard.
    2. Click on User Account in Configure section.
    3. Disable “Auto User Activation”
    4. Save when done.

    Above steps will deactivate the at the time of registration, but when payment forms are used, it activates the user after payment completion, if payment status is pending, user’s status will be deactivated.

    Thanks, it works! Does it take some time to make the users active after the payment is completed? Because even after the payment is completed the users are inactive

    Hello @ptawebeditor,

    Please make sure to enable Auto User Activation is enabled.
