Paypal payment plugin not working

  • Hello everyone!

    I have a pretty unique problem in the sense that I have not found a solution or any mentions to it yet.

    The problem is that once I try to checkout from my page and try to use PayPal, for first use It will load for a long time and a give message that ” Sorry, your session has expired. Return to shop ” and after reloading the site or going at it again from the same browser it will just give this message without any checkout page or anything.

    I am not sure what is the problem here I tried restarting and reinstalling the plugin. Tried changing the theme to the storefront.

    The interesting thing is that if I use the same PayPal account to buy as the one that is connected it recognizes the account and does not let me pay. From this, my concussion is that its problem has something to do with setting or I don’t know but nut with the setup.

    Thank you for all of your answers in advance I would really appreciate any help since I can’t use any other payment processing plugins in my country right now.

    This forum is for problems or questions directly related to WordPress.
    Apparently, your problem is more related to the plugin you are using, so I recommend you to go directly to the developers forum. They, more than anyone else, understand their product and will know how to guide you.
    If you tell me which plugin you are using, I can look up where you should ask for help.
