    Hey @kjm01!

Thanks for contacting us about our PayPal Powered by Braintree gateway plugin! I’m happy to help out ??

I’ll need a bit more information on what the communication with Braintree looks like to troubleshoot this issue further. Would you please contact support through our site and send over a transaction log by following these steps?

    1) Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments, select the gateway, and change the Debug Mode setting to “Save to Log”. You may need to do this for both credit card and PayPal. Save changes.
    2) Run another test transaction.
    3) Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and find the log from your transaction. Click “View” to show the Braintree log. Please note that the log may be in UTC/GMT time, so it may be offset by a few hours.
    4) Then, copy and paste the log file into your email to support.

Would you please contact support through our site once you’ve had a chance to enable logging and have encountered this issue again?

I’ll be happy to help investigate this further via email.

    Thanks!

    Hello Team
I am not able to add my card details in credit card fields during the payment. It is showing me the error like “Braintree SDK is missing” in the console. Please help to resolve this issue.

    Hey @kjm01!
    ?
This console error isn’t a known issue and not something that we usually see. The Braintree error along with the ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID errors from your screenshot indicate a potential conflict locally and/or in your browser. That said, it’s possible that any theme or plugin that modifies JavaScript could interfere with loading the Braintree SDK on the checkout page.

?If you’d like our help to troubleshoot this further, please contact us via our support form. I’ll be happy to assist you from there!
    ?
?In the meantime, is there anything else I can help with?
    ?
    ?Thanks!
