PayPal Payment misplaced on product page

This looks like a problem with your theme (builder) not providing complete support for all WooCommerce hooks: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-paypal-payments/#faq-paypal-smart-buttons-not-loading

The filter from the documentation should help resolve this issue:

add_filter('woocommerce_paypal_payments_single_product_renderer_hook', function() {
    return 'woocommerce_after_add_to_cart_form';
});
